- Where does the grooming happen?
- Inside our van, parked in your driveway. It has its own water, power, heat, warm-water tub and grooming table, so nothing comes into your home.
- Do you come in the snow?
- Yes. The van is heated and runs all winter. If the driveway isn't plowed yet, we park at the street and walk up.
- Can you get into a gated community or a building with a gate?
- Yes. Put the gate code, the gatehouse instructions or the buzzer details in the notes and we handle the rest.
- How long does a groom take?
- Most dogs are done in 60 to 90 minutes. Large or heavily coated dogs can take up to two hours. Your dog is the only dog on board.
- Do you need me to be home?
- Someone needs to hand the dog off and take them back. Between those two moments you are free to do whatever you like.
- What does it cost?
- Starting prices are on the menu board above. We confirm the exact price at pickup, before we start, based on coat condition and size.
- Which cities do you cover?
- Denver is home base and the van runs anywhere within about 25 miles of downtown: Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Broomfield, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Englewood, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Parker, plus the neighborhoods in between. If your street isn't on the list, ask.
- My dog rolled in something. Or met a skunk.
- It happens. Tell us in the notes and we bring the right shampoo. A skunk bath is an add-on, and we can usually fit one in within a day or two.
